Phoebe is hands down the best yoga teacher I’ve ever worked with. For years I’ve struggled to ‘get the hang’ of yoga, with it never feeling intuitive to me like other forms of movement, but Phoebe changed that for me. She is the perfect mix of totally calm and spiritual, yet also clear, pragmatic and intentional. Her group classes are fantastic but I really benefited from some 1-2-1 lessons with her alongside. I always come away feeling grounded, energised and like I’ve done something really good for my mind and body.
