YOGA

Yoga is a path and a way of life, it is not just a physical practice as the West may believe. Before the physical postures, come the Yamas, how you interact with the world, and Niyamas, how you treat yourself.
Then comes Asana (physical practice), Pranayama (breath control), Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), Samadhi (enlightenment). These are Patanjali’s 8 limbs, they come from the foundational text of Yoga - The Yoga Sutras.
When I offer Yoga, Asana is the focus, but what surrounds it and wraps it up is the inquiry of self, the breath, connection, devotion, absorption of the practice.
Using my love for dance, I incorporate creative transitions & sequences encouraging playfulness & embodiment whilst strengthening brain neurons & confidence. My classes are very much body - mind - soul connection bringing in different lessons I have learned through the Yogic & spiritual path. I want people to feel stronger and at ease in their own bodies.
I love to motivate, turn the challenges into play, and bring a constant feeling of gratitude for our amazing bodies. My classes are all about embodiment, curiosity & reverence.
Certifications include - 200hrs in Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa, 3 hrs in Accessible Chair Yoga, 100 hrs in Pre & Post Natal with Baby Yoga & Massage, 24 hrs in Assists & Adjustments
BREATHWORK
Conscious Connected Breathwork
Your individual breath pattern reflects how you feel, how you cope, and how you've adapted to life. Understanding it can change everything. Undoing the dysfunctional habits can release, process & integrate emotions.
Just as our skeletal & muscular structure and behavioural patterns become habitual, so does our breathing pattern. A pattern happens when it is done repeatedly, usually until it becomes unconscious.
Our breathing pattern shapes itself around our physical form, events experienced, emotions that are unresolved or not processed as well as mirroring our primary caregivers at a young age.
This breathing pattern slowly becomes fixed and can hold many dysfunctions, causing chronic stress & fatigue. That is until we become conscious of it, and break the pattern with a conscious connected breath. We wake it up, we wake up. We come back to an efficient and expansive breath. Our baby’s breath. Freedom is experienced within.
When we open up the physical body using the breath along with other tools like movement, affirmations, visualisations, toning (sound) & touch, unsurprisingly the emotional body can also get opened up.
With a conscious connected breath, you may experience everything from joy, bliss, gratitude, sadness, anger, shame, fear, grief, peace. During a breathwork session, explanation, clarifying, answers are not necessary. We stay with the inhale & the exhale again and again. The breath processes & simplifies. And we make time for integration & deep rest.

REIKI
Energy Healing
Remote & In Person
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. The name comes from two Japanese words: Rei (Universal) and Ki (Life Energy). Mikao Usui (1865–1926) felt this life force being channelled through him when climbing Mount Kurama seeking spiritual enlightenment.
It is a beautifully soft yet powerful energetic healing modality done from the comfort of your own home, no physical or electronic connection is needed.
Reiki will go where it is most needed in that moment but I offer you the opportunity to tell me an area you would like concentrated healing. Whether it is a physical area, mental or emotional, we can set the intention together.
Reiki is a time to surrender & rest. It is a time for the body to be passive and open to receive universal life force energy.

Ra Uru Hu received the knowledge of Human Design as “The Voice” on the island of Ibiza, Spain in January 1987. He spent years processing the information he had received so he could systemise it and share it.
Human Design is a practical guide to living authentically. You receive a Bodygraph Chart based on your exact birth time, date & location. The Bodygraph shows you your Energy Type, your Strategy, your Authority and your Role in life.
Learning your design is a process of de-conditioning. It gives you the permission slip to strip off the layers, identities & beliefs society told you to wear and allows you to step into who you actually are.
